Nairn provides an ideal base to explore the Highlands, a natural playground which begs to be explored. It’s a great starting point for the North Coast 500 and North East 250 driving routes.
A few minutes from the doorstep you can experience the wonderful, wide sandy beaches on the beautiful Moray coast, made for walking and dolphin spotting with never ending views across the Firth to the Black Isle.
Ideally situated to experience the diverse range of golfing options that the Highlands offer. Experience classical links courses right here in Nairn – Nairn Golf Club and Nairn Dunbar, or travel 15 minutes to Castle Stuart Golf Links. There are many other superb coastal and inland courses that can be reached in around an hour or less.
Visit nearby Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, Cawdor Castle, Brodie Castle, Inverness, Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness. Take a whisky distillery tour or simply relax and take advantage of the superb locally sourced food and drinks available with many fabulous restaurants in and around the area.
